For a disabled individual, changing jobs typically means requesting accommodations yet again. In #academia, you often need to repeat this (time-consuming) process annually. I’m curious... Disabled academics, How long does it usually take to receive your requested accommodations?

A tips thread for writing up #PhDThesis with #ChronicIllness #Disability . Changing tasks or limiting time on a particular task can help manage fatigue. Spend time on non- PhD activities for a change of scenery and motivation. Any other tips or wise words?
