Heat’s opening sequence is still the best opening to a film I’ve ever seen. And this isn’t a hyperbolic, “prisoner of the moment” statement, there’s never been a film with a better opening. I fully trust Michael Mann with this film’s sequel, especially if DiCaprio is on board.

State of Grace (1990) unfortunately opened the same week as Goodfellas. Despite critical acclaim, it struggled at the box office because audiences were focused on Scorsese's high-profile mob masterpiece.

Heat 2’s cast is truly dazzling. With Christian Bale and Leonardo DiCaprio confirmed, and strong chances of Ana de Armas, Al Pacino, Austin Butler, Bradley Cooper, and Adam Driver joining, Michael Mann is assembling a true all-star lineup.

The character of Frank Costello in The Departed is loosely based on Boston gangster Whitey Bulger. Scorsese gave Nicholson freedom to shape him. The actor wanted Costello to be “frightening but charismatic,” pushing for more madness and deviance.

Without Wirtz liverpool look lost, struggle to connect midfield to forward line with clever touches and passes, zero creativity especially when we’ve got Szoboszlai playing as a RB. jones, Mac allister, gravenberch, zero creativity…… gonna be a long afternoon #NFOLIV
