The biggest hurdle in a Giannis to Houston — or any big move to Houston — is Houston doesn’t have any tradeable salary. The earliest the Rockets could explore trading for Giannis and his $54M contract is this offseason.
BREAKING: Giannis now has a better chance to be traded to the Knicks than to stay in Milwaukee, per Kalshi.

I’ve BEEN saying on @TheRightReadPod that the Bucks would be very foolish to invest any long term assets into trying to patch a sinking ship around Giannis. It is a matter of when, not if, Giannis leaves Milwaukee. The Bucks need to start preparing NOW for life without Giannis.
Just in: Giannis Antetokounmpo and his agent Alex Saratsis have started conversations with the Milwaukee Bucks about the two-time NBA MVP's future – and discussing whether his best fit is staying or elsewhere, sources tell ESPN. A resolution is expected in the coming weeks.

I’d sign Chris Paul. He’s an all-time leader, I’d love for our young guys to get to learn from him. But the Rockets don’t have the money to do it. Also, I LOVE Chris Paul, but he’s not a rotation piece anymore.

So the Clippers got mad Chris Paul wasn’t cool with failure. What a message to send to the world.
Chris Paul and his leadership style clashed with the Clippers, sources tell ESPN. Paul has been vocal in holding management, coaches and players accountable, which the team felt became disruptive. Specifically: Ty Lue was not on speaking terms with Paul for several weeks.

Yeah, normally I might frown on this concept of a player just getting on a team to get a ring at the end of his career, but there literally would not be a basketball team in Oklahoma City if it wasn't for Chris Paul's time with the Hornets, AND he mentored SGA in OKC. Make it so
Don’t even like OKC, but I hope Chris Paul can find his way on to that roster. He deserves the chance to compete for a title in a city that will appreciate him, and I know OKC has nothing but positive things to say about Chris. Free ring and gets to reunite with his protégé.

Wait this is fire. $20 a month and you get to watch the Rockets and Astros. I’ve been asking for something like this, glad we finally got it.
🚨Streaming news for @HoustonRockets and @astros today: New direct-to-consumer streaming app has launched, allowing Houston sports fans to watch their teams without a cable, satellite or streaming subscription. SCHN+ can now be purchased for $19.99 per month or $199.99 per

Chris Paul by all accounts of every locker room he’s ever been a part of is one of the hardest workers of all time. One of the greatest teammates of all time. One of the greatest leaders of all time. God help you if you think Chris was “causing problems with the Clippers.”

Tears man. This really the worst PR a franchise has ever had. They started the season with allegations of circumventing the cap to sign Kawhi, immediately into damning the rest of the league by giving the current dynasty the #1 pick, and now they’re cutting the franchise goat.

Why on EARTH did anyone in the Clippers front office think trading away their second leading scorer and signing the oldest free agents on the market would make them a better basketball team? The greatest Clipper of all time getting scapegoated because the front office can’t do

I am genuinely in disbelief man. You’re depriving arguably the greatest player to ever wear your jersey a retirement tour for nothing. The season is already cooked. At least give the fans the ability to watch a player they grew up watching’s last minutes in the NBA and give one

Sorry to keep rambling, but this one of the slimiest things I’ve ever seen in my life. Deprived your franchise goat of retiring in front of the fans he gave his all too. This shouldn’t sit well with you if you’re a fan of basketball.

Nah dude this is not right at all. This not how arguably the greatest player in your franchise’s history is supposed to be treated.

This not right at all man. Chris Paul is a legend and arguably the greatest Clipper of all time. He’s supposed to retire on the Clippers roster. I need to hear exactly why they cut him, because there’s very few reasons that can be given that makes this make sense.
Breaking: The Clippers are parting ways with Chris Paul, the team announced. The team will work with him on the next step of his career.

I’d take the Bulls job, trade away literally everyone not named Matas Buzelis and maybe Josh Giddey, and hit the greatest tank of all time.

Zion Williamson is too good at the sport to be considered a bust, but he’s one of the biggest disappointments in NBA history. If I told you in 2019 he’d be in his 7th year in the league and hasn’t been healthy enough to play in one playoff series, you’d call me a liar.
