Where did this come from ? Even if ex AI A321s have modified, it is installed with IAE V2500 engines, while the AI A321s have CFM Engines installed.

AIR INDIA🇮🇳A310-300 in the year 2007 Taken at Hong Kong Airport, the A310 was with AI for 25 years. If memory serves right, this one in the picture was operating DEL-HKG-ICN back in 2007. I don’t think I want to leave the memory train of reliving the past through pictures😭

Is this doable by human/pilot in 1 sec, especially during critical phases like Take-Off rotation or immediately during lift - off ? Many questions, still unanswered. Let's hope the investigation would be held in Un-Biased manner. @MoCA_GoI @DGCAIndia @Boeing @airindia #AAIB
This video explains clearly how the B-787 fuel switches work. To move from "run" to "cut off" you have to 1) pull it up and 2) push it down. If you touch it only, it won´t move. Kudos to the OP (can´t find him)

The Mother of All Questions: At what stage did the engines actually stop producing thrust? The AI171 Preliminary Report says: 1️⃣ After 08:08:42 UTC when Fuel Control Switches were moved to CUTOFF 2️⃣ But RAT is already deployed immediately after takeoff. 💥 Both can't be true.

🚨 Air India AI171 crash: Prelim report says BOTH engines shut down seconds after takeoff. Fuel switches moved to CUTOFF — pilots didn't command it. FAA had warned in 2018 (SAIB NM-18-33) about faulty/missing locks on such switches. Air India didn't act as it was not mandatory.
