By the way, here’s evidence that I have returned the phone via fedex as required and someone at Apple’s location signed for. And yes, it was late because you shipped it to “the last address I used with an AppleCare claim” INSTEAD OF THE SHIPPING ADDRESS you have on record!

This experiment changed my life: 1. For one day, don’t give any advice and don’t try to fix anybody. 2. Just listen and ask questions that start with "How" or "What" 3. Every time it’s uncomfortable, note the emotion you’re trying not to feel.
