Always great teaching life skills to children.
Children in KS2 have been learning about first aid in their PSHE lessons. Y5 were visited by A and D First Aid to help them look at bleeding and why some people choose to use drugs. They also recapped key life saving skills including CPR and how to call for help. @AandDfirstaid

Yesterday, we delivered to the Y3's at Ballifield Primary the importance of being safe in and around home and also what to do in an emergency.
As part of their PSHE learning, the children in Y3 have been learning about first aid, taking medicines correctly and how to treat bites and stings. They had a great time with our expert visitor Andy who delivered the sessions in an active way. @ForgeSSP @PointsLN
