Working in public health teaches you one thing quickly: numbers are data, but people are stories. A mortality rate isn’t just a percentage. A coverage gap isn’t just a chart. During the Cameroon Malaria Indicator Survey, where I worked as a biomarker technician across over 25

Marriage isn’t about keeping score or proving who’s right. It’s not about grand gestures or perfection. It’s about showing up, noticing each other, and asking the right questions. Too often, couples focus on what’s missing or what went wrong. But what really makes a marriage

A short story about growth. There was once a small town where three friends grew up together Daniel, Mira, and Leo. Daniel always had big dreams but no patience.Mira was quiet, observant, and always thinking ahead.Leo was the loud one, confident, funny, and convinced life would

I understand that new neighborhoods will not be mature enough to have wonderful canopy trees, duh. But why are they (basically) not planting any trees at all? I think I see four or five baby trees? A new neighborhood rarely looks good, but ones like this will NEVER look good.

Sounds like Mercury was doing all the heavy lifting in that relationship 😂 Astrology: 1, Accountability: 0.
I once dated a girl who was super into astrology Every little argument I’d just blame Mercury or whatever and she’d be like “wait… that actually explains everything” Never took accountability once…makeup sex was elite This went on for months. Wonder how she’s doing lol

@ATysia It’s crazy how often we forget that small, consistent acts of care matter more than grand gestures. Just asking “What does good look like?” can completely change a marriage.

Absolutely true. I noticed the same when I was pregnant, I kept seeing ads about pregnancy and fetal development. As soon as my baby was born, it shifted to newborn stuff, and now with my toddler, it’s all toddler-related. The timing is incredible.
I get how the phone can target ads by hearing and seeing me, but how is it showing me ads based on my thoughts? I can't be the only one noticing this.

@mamaxoxomia How can you say you’ve been dating someone yet you’re not his girlfriend 🤔 How’s that even possible or have you been in a relationship all by yourself 😂

Growth looks different for everyone, but the lesson is the same, keep moving. Not too fast, not too slow, just consistently forward.

@piersmorgan You’re absolutely right, tensions are dangerously high, and calm, rational leadership is crucial. While WHO prepares guidance for nuclear or radiation emergencies, it’s about readiness, not that a nuclear war is imminent.
