I am happily following the lead of other scientists leaving the trashcan that twitter (X) has currently become. Not like I am very social media active at all, but I will be here from time to time: @atlopezjimenez .bsky.social

There is only a thin line (of lipids) between life🌻and death💀 In this review @HolthuisL, @Cosentino_Lab and I discuss the delicate balance between membrane damage & repair in the context of bacterial infections & the activation of cell death pathways.

The @dbc_unil is deeply saddened by the sudden and tragic death of our colleague Alma Dal Co @Alma_DalCo. Our department lost an exceptional scientist, an inspiring teacher, a caring mentor, and above all a generous and cheerful colleague. In memoriam: https://t.co/FVRp0jxvn2

@Alma_DalCo was the most cheerful & the sportiest, the harshest cooking critic & the one who gave the most peculiar life advice. The loudest & most desperate🙊(experimental) physicist-(biologist) & the most talented at connecting the dots and making theory. She loved Pantelleria.
