Our study highlights the power of experiential communication in shaping efficacy beliefs. Experiencing the impact of our choices firsthand—both positive and negative—on the environment is far more impactful than simply receiving information about it. (3/4) #ClimateAction.

Key Findings: Experiential communication increased self-efficacy and response efficacy. Participants showed not only greater intentions to adopt plant-based diets but also ate less beef in a real-life buffet compared to the information-based condition. (2/4).
