I wrote this piece about how burnout impacted me, and some of the lessons I learned from a leadership, performance and well-being perspective. In some ways I was right about being ready to manage an elite team and in other ways I was very wrong.

Some questions I love helping coaches figure out. How can I be a better leader and help my team perform at their best?. How can I better connect with athletes and build better coach-athlete relationships? . How can I sustain my own performance all season and avoid burnout?.
