It's strange to write something so long ago, and only get to share it now. My life a very different one now to then. But my love for all of you has only grown.

I wrote the album surrounded with by genuine love. My friends and family so embedded into every moment of it still. And I hope I have reflected that love back.

It is a dense, and at times monolithic listen, and for all of the things I have to say on it, I am quite lost for words now.

I put parts of myself into this record that I will never get back, and I suppose in a lot of ways that's the whole point. Write to leave things behind. Write to find new paths to walk. I'm not sure how else the healing gets done, despite years of trying to find other answers.

No interest in taking up space unless I felt like I had something of genuine value to share. It took years, but, here we are.

There was a long time after the first album where I thought I'd never release any music again. Complicated thoughts and feelings, writers block, stagnation, and fear.
