This week we got paid by a client in Switz in USD, paid a supplier in Singapore in SGD and converted the rest to CAD. Trad banking: $1000s in fees + a week settlement. On-Chain FX (USDC, QCAD, XSGD): $13 in fees + 30 minutes settlement. This is the future. @jerallaire gets it.

Yess. Hook this to my veins. Tradfi is incredibly good at faking sophistication with a ton of VC funding and good UX. On-chain FX ACTUALLY gives you that seamless inexpensive sophistication that a Wise simulates. Just needs the full ecosystem to make it real and it’s happening!.
Onchain FX is something I spoke about last year on @circle's conference in SF and I am still bullish on it. According to this piece by @stablecorp and @0xKremsky, trading FX onchain can already be up to 90% cheaper than fiat FX trading . Also, what many people don't know is that
