I can’t understand how anyone in their right mind could want to take the life of a wild bear for no good reason, or choose to lock it up in a tiny barren cage for life. Such acts are barbaric and at @IAR_updates we will never stop campaigning to end this kind of cruelty.

The shooting of Arthur is precisely the kind of gratuitous killing of bears that we’re campaigning against so vigorously in Armenia. It seems clear that the prince paid to shoot the bear as a trophy – a needless killing of a magnificent animal to satisfy the man’s bloodlust.
