@MartinSLewis @bt_uk 2. No review of the contract they have or how they aren’t using any of it. Was told I could complain (which I did) Then was told I may not get a response as they didnt have to give me one. Then asked for a ref and was told there wasn’t one. Then one was found. 2/3

Update Made the phone call @MartinSLewis to @bt_uk. Their response touch luck the contract was signed is what it is. Asked what options I had to cancel was either pay the £564.39 or make a complaint. Still couldn’t tell me the following 1. How much data used 1/3

@MartinSLewis @bt_uk After some time I got a ref No VOLO13-958214289291 However was then told I would have to wait 53 days for a response. Yes 53 days!!!!! So @bt_uk I now have to wait until 11/8/25 for a complaint response? #ombudsman #moneysavingexpert @itvMLshow @MoneySavingExp Thoughts?
