I have officially started writing the fiction book I've been wanting to write since I was 20 years old! It's an emotional story about love, loss, tragedy, romance, and the dystopian nature of our society and the dangers of the rise of AI and automation. More details to come!

Good luck with that. You need legislation to try and do this, and even then it might be constitutionally dubious. Perhaps the orange man should try reading the Constitution, and acting less like a wannabe dictator. 🤷♂️

Ten years ago "Badlands" by @halsey was released, and it was a defining album in my life. It got me through my hardest times then, and listening to the the Decade Edition Anthology now has brought back all the feels. Truly one of the best albums of all time. 💜

The AI "death panels" are here for folks on Medicare. Trump and the Republicans are making dying of a preventable medical issue great again. We're in the bad place y'all.
Medicare will start requiring prior approval for certain procedures — and will hire private AI companies to determine if patients are covered. The AI companies would have financial incentives to deny claims, because Medicare plans to pay them some of the savings from rejections.
