Boxing training gets underway later today. I’m going to use this picture as a starting point ahead of the next 42 days. Strength training for over 6 months of bodyweight exercises has been great, but now it’s time to strip weight with more cardio based activity 150-170 bpm work

Signed up to a boxing gym for 6 weeks. Given that running is almost behind me now; I need to do cardio to get the HR up between 150-170 bpm. Whilst I enjoy holding pads for others it’s now time for me to get a holder for myself & start wrapping my hands again.
