Aaah. My chart reading knowledge is growing now too. You all are probably right. Glad to hear that everyone knows Riesling can cellar for a long time. We just opened for our daughters grad her birthyear icewine. Will keep the rest of the cases for her future milestones 😊

Nice! Now my mouth gets watery for some Riesling acidity...
@8th_Generation Perfect pairing. We actually decanted the wine. Just a hint of petrol, clean citrus fruit, honey, minerality, incredibly long finish. We have more :-)

Mmmh sounds delicious- how was it?
We have ranch pork spare ribs in the crock pot, slathered in an apricot curry chutney that Kristal made. The smell is driving us crazy. @8th_Generation 2015 Selection Riesling is on tap for the wine pairing.

My winery will not participate in "light up the vines" this year. #bcwine #summerlandbc the shop is open daily from 11-4pm and we still ask for reservations.

It's probably the 10th time that I reorganize where my till is...beside the door for take out window, on a barrel to keep more distance, turn around on old spot to get space for staff, old spot while as glass divider arrived, to the right to make space for Redwine fridge #bcwine
