I am proud to join this group calling on the Ontario government to refrain from using the notwithstanding clause against the most vulnerable in our community. All citizens are entitled to protection of the Charter.

A rally in support of the downtown Kitchener CTS is scheduled for Wednesday outside @RegionWaterloo headquarters. Since the site opened in 2019, 100 per cent of the 1,040 overdoses that have happened at the CTS have been reversed + 0 deaths have been reported there.
