@802libertarian My son lives near MacArthur park in Los Angeles. Tons of unregulated street vendors there selling all sorts of, um, interesting food. It's also a neighborhood thick with MS13 gang members, so maybe THOSE food vendors are also packing unlicensed conceal & carries.💕😎
