A great first day @RealRobinwood Weโve built rafts, solved problems in Knightโs Quest and The Dungeon. We have also tested our confidence and resilience in caving.

Year 6 have arrived at Robinwood and have made their way up the hill to the castle. Theyโve had lunch, made their own beds and are now on their way to raft building.

Our Year 6โs enjoyed attending a spiritual retreat day at the Spiritan Centre in Salford today, with a focus on preparing for upcoming changes and transition to secondary school ๐๐๏ธ๐ฏ๏ธ

To celebrate the end of SATs, and as a reward for their hard work, patience and resilience, Year 6 had a treat day. We went to the park,where we raised a toast to their achievements and this afternoon enjoyed a film with treats. We are so proud of all the children ๐๐๐

38/60 of our 60th celebrations. Mrs Bill, who is our maths lead, organised a maths competition based around the number 1964, in recognition of the year our school opened. Pictured is the winner and runners up. Well done!

Year 6 had a fantastic morning at @bthcc_college today. We met poet @EarlyTrain and left feeling thoroughly inspired. We canโt wait to read his new book in preparation for the transition to secondary school.

30/60 of our 60th celebrations. Our KS2 children designed 60's themed Easter eggs. There were some amazing creations, from the Beatles to Neil Eggstrong!!!!
