They can locally contract with couple of delivers who are paid 2% more than FDAs. Eatery gives 5-10% discount to customers. Agents by from an agent. Eatery gets money the same day, margins saved. Customer saves 15-20% Delivers get 2-5% more Everyone wins ---> but FDAs loose 3/n

So they've to jack up prices for FDAs. Customer pays additional 3-5% for delivery. So for a customer, an order costs ~30% more than one gets it directly from the eatery. Now if an eatery is well known, they can spin-off an agent which will open a thread on reddit or molt 2/n

Let's just disrupt for funsake. FD apps, FDAs, would list a place and then deliver. A place lists there to get visibility. It's a must for new eateries. 80%+ of deliveries within 3 miles radius, avg of total being around 1.5 mile. An eatery let go of ~30% in commission... 1/n
