5/7 We left with fresh insights into Rwanda’s courageous path: from grassroots peace builders to national initiatives for healing and unity. It felt less like a tour and more like a handshake across time, connecting us to those who stood up to defend humanity.

4/7 Mr John. More than a guide, he became our mentor. With clarity and compassion, he used vivid examples, invited our questions, and made sure each display resonated with every member of Adventure Lovers. His professionalism elevated the entire experience.

Through a profound dialogue, we were able to ask honest questions and reflect together. It was truly a meaningful space for all of us.

After visiting the Kigali Genocide Memorial, we had the opportunity to meet Mugabe Jean Claude, who bravely shared his personal experience of the Genocide against the Tutsi. He works at the Memorial and is also a member of Adventure Lovers.

4/4 At the memorial graves, we laid flowers in silence, honoring those we lost and recommitting ourselves to remembrance and resilience. We thank the staff for their guidance and care. Twibuke, Twiyubaka. #Kwibuka31

3/4 As we moved through the exhibition halls, the history we know was felt more deeply. Some among us lived it, others inherited the pain through shared stories, but all of us carried it together.

2/4 The visit began with a powerful documentary featuring testimonies from survivors stories that echo our own families, communities, and collective memory.
