Secretary Collins’ decision to rip up the negotiated union contract for majority of its workforce, 1/3 of whom are vets, is another clear example of retaliation against AFGE members for speaking out against the illegal, anti-worker, & anti-veteran policies of this administration.

Tearing up union contracts, taking Medicaid and SNAP away from millions of workers and gutting essential services is not putting “American workers first” — it’s protecting billionaires and greedy corporate CEOs while leaving working families increasingly vulnerable.

If they take away the union rights of the workers who keep our air and water clean and care for veterans (many of whom are veterans themselves), then no union contract is safe under this admin. America’s unions will not be silenced—we’ll get even louder.
