On my way to Tampa shortly for the Stadium Series game. Snow and hockey are fitting. Not in Florida though.
Unbelievable ... we're witnessing history. High resolution modeling more encouraging for snow squalls well south into Florida peninsula including Tampa Bay, Orlando, and perhaps light snow or flurries to Fort Myers. Gusty winds = dangerous wind chills w/blowing snow.

We did some work today. Tough job to be a part of but great to be able to help all of the agencies involved. https://t.co/eHakNYZDqp

The NTSB investigator is still trying to get to Bangor. The hope is for mid afternoon tomorrow. Then when they’re done, the recovery will begin, maybe tomorrow night, if not Wednesday morning. My team at work will provide crane support for that operation.

One thing to keep in mind when googling the tail number, most private aircraft are registered under an anonymous LLC that protects the owners from us tracking nerds. Prayers to the crew, passengers and first responders. Not an ideal scene over there with the storm starting in.

I was putting my daughter to bed and my house shook. I came downstairs and my wife was just coming home from work and said she saw the sky light up orange. Snow started about 2ish hours ago.
