Is training optional for cashiers now? People keep ringing things up wrong—frequently. Reliability is tanking. Is it just me, or is basic accuracy falling apart everywhere?.

Some people trade solely in oil futures–never touching the real thing. But you know you’re a real one when you get 5,000 barrels of crude oil delivered to your home.

With ends-justify-the-means thinking anything is permissible. Modern critical theory does by saying that “people are literally getting lynched and killed in the streets because of racism,” thus justifying all action against "racist lynchers," even violence, rioting, and murder.

Critical theory is highly destructive because ends justify the means can be used for anything. Without a moral framework, providing guide rails to a belief, something like Fascism, putting the nation and blind patriotic loyalty above all else, rapidly degenerates into chaos.

This is a problem because you win people to what you win them with. If you win them to something based in telling lies, they'll do exactly that. Only truth has the ability to stand the test of time. Lies are always discovered when given enough time.

Take the sexual revolution for example. Can we divorce feelings from sex? Is sex merely an act that feel good? If yes, why is rape different from general assault?.

Most solutions, these included, are paired. When you change one side of the equation the other side must change too or else it's nonsensical. Many issues we face today are due to exactly this.

The aforementioned items don't have an agreed upon articulable rationale. This doesn't mean that they're wrong, but you have to outline WHY, because otherwise you end up with contradictory outcomes.

Women’s right to vote, the sexual revolution, gay marriage, transgenderism, pedophilia. These, and their downstream effects, happened because "settled" issues lacked articulable answers. Anything that’s “settled" should have a great explanation for it.

"Get Out" is so overrated. It's wildly mundane and boring. I have no idea why it popped off.

Believe it or not, the first time I heard about transgenderism as a real thing—not just a joke—was at a Christian conference.
