Ya folks know what this is?.Looks like an mmW / Sub-THz log periodic wideband antenna to me. So either some microbolometer or other detector in the middle I think.
Found this thing mounted in the sample stage of my foster SEM, any guesses what it could have been once? It's from Institute of Micro- and Nanoelectronic Systems (IMS) at KIT. (Please say high voltage programmable josephson junction array)
