Our march for #housingjustice through the streets of central Toronto was a huge success. A growing alliance of tenants, unhoused people and communities challenging the greed of the developers pulled this action off. It was an important step forward.

Bruno from the York South Weston tenant unions spoke to us from the heart of the financial district of Toronto. Tenants from across the city brought the fight right to the door step of corporate landlords and developers during the Peoples March for Housing Justice.

We marched through the financial district with tenant organizations from across Toronto. The message is clear, we won't be pushed out of our city and we'll stand up for each other. Ps. We also brought some friends 🪳🪳🪳🪳 back to the landlords making profits out of our homes.

Today was such good energy. Many groups coming together, united against predatory landlords. 🪳
