Gonna be honest some of you guys are so online that you haven't noticed it yet but you've become just really mean

Choosing to be genuine and kind to others, allows people to be kind to themselves. It's calming. It's healthy. Too many people are actually miserable and stressed out and choose to be cruel because being good has always been harder, because you don't get "benefits".

I'm so tired of feeling surrounded by narcissism and selfishness, where people make jokes out of being cruel and everyone circle jerks around them for being "realists". It's part of the problem. Holding these kinds of mentalities just ruin you from the inside.

It can be hard to believe when theres a lot of really bad things going on! We are more exposed to the cruelty of other people than ever before because of the internet and media. That does not mean there is no point in being good.

Incredibly bad sentiment. Being a good person expecting benefits is not being good. You may not see the results, but kindness is meant to beget kindness. If more people in the world choose to be good people, then more things will be good. A rising tides raises all ships scenario.
