An extremely brave and eloquent grieving mother. Please be aware that this is the NHS Trust where the Chairman @1MaxMclean was forced into resignation having whistleblown significant patient safety concerns, involving, you guessed it, avoidable Maternity / Neonatal deaths! 😳
Grace is forever a part of me and her life mattered and continues to. I’ve said it so many times, but she did not die in vain. Her little life is helping to shape the future of a safer maternity service in this country and I’m so proud of her. Thank you so much @CharanpreetTV

These are the newborn deaths at @BTHFT that I was sacked for trying to prevent. No learning, no action to address the risks, and meanwhile more children die. There is no ‘freedom to speak up’ and that costs lives. Our South Asian families are most affected here. #inequalities
