I needed to get this off my chest. How chronic illnesses can make me feel. Daily I can face this but what gets me through is #Love #hope and #perserverance. my family have been my rock & my compass. THANKS @11soniah . In my 57th year, I'm determined to change this picture🙏💓

I used to think being in the mountains was my school. But since having #chronicillness I've seen the bottom of the pit often & I have to say that's where the real lessons are. All the great wisdom givers of this world found their best works done at the bottom of the pit too.🙏

This is probably some of the best advice I've heard. Young me would quite happily sit & do nothing, wait in line for my turn, do one thing at a time, look at the scenery. When did it change? Mobile phone? Laptop? 24 hr TV? Fast, impatient, disposable world? .LEARN TO REST🙏

5 years ago I felt great. Here in my element on the canal. Today, I hardly go out and not very active due to Cfs, fibromyalgia & depression. But I've had some great people to inspire me to #keepgoingforward .Thanks to: .@11soniah @Hari_BudhaMagar @jason_carl_fox @BearGrylls

Having Cfs & depression along with other health issues has often floored me. But I'm slowly accepting that there are things I won't ever do again. But I'm also curious and hopeful for what's ahead.🙏.#mindfulness.#NeverGiveUp.#newadventures #keepgoingforwards
