Love the game, but more importantly, enjoy watching young players grow up with respect and a teamwork mentality.
COCHES: If you don’t have players that openly tell U they love U, check on U on a regular basis and seem to enjoy being around U. If your former players don’t thank U for the things you’ve done for them, it’s time to start reevaluating yourself. Ask yourself “why” do you coach.
