Technically, this could be done via a proxy contract that has admin for PNKSTR and limits the CEO so that the parameters can be adjusted gradually, similar to the way the CEO can control the issuance rate of $CIG itself. If you ever need a governor, hire the CEO of CryptoPunks!

Hey @token_works, proposal time! 🚬 The current "CEO of CryptoPunks" could be used to govern the $PNKSTR contract! The CEO could be given the ability to adjust PNKSTR parameters every few days, by a few percent up or down, the same to the way the CEO can adjust $CIG issuance.

Now that we’ve swept the 4K lows, I can see $ETH starting to grind higher, still choppy in the weeks ahead, but setting up for a breakout as we move into November and December.
I’ve been chilling for a week, as expected, nothing much on the $ETH chart besides the usual FUD. ETH is still in a boring phase, and I expect that to drag on for a few more weeks. Base case: we swipe the highs before the FOMC in 2 weeks, sell the news, then swipe the lows.
