imo Coinbase’s $2.5B+ convertible bond deal is a very smart cheap capital move. Either they pay 0 interest and return principal in 2029/2032, or the stock pumps and converts but capped calls protect dilution + in this bullish case (which is my benchmark scenario) Coinbase gonna
