I've been following USDX (not xUSD) for a few weeks and wondered why funding was 20%+ on @SiloFinance. It's less well known, but it's bigger than USDX with almost $700M in TVL! Healthy projects don't pay 20%+ to borrow.

I'm looking forward to seeing how isolated lending markets respond. Will they accept collateral further on the frontier of Pendle derivates, perhaps LP tokens? Maybe they introduce term structure to match PT expiry? In any case, it's a large shift in the competitive landscape!

I expect this trend to continue with more exotic stables getting added to Aave with their Pendle PTs quickly following. For example, Aave governance is discussing adding @ResolvLabs' $USR. If Aave can get comfortable with these risks, it should increase lending rates.
