Sunday was not the start of the season we envisioned. This year is the last full season for many of you, it is going to fly. Enjoy every shift you have with your teammates, some of you have been together for 7-8 years. Skate hard, finish your checks, and take it all in.

So excited to start our season today, the last full season of EHF hockey for many. But let’s never forget this day, and cherish every shift we have to honor the many that we as a nation lost on this day. Never forget!
