I have covered presidential politics for 40 years. This was the most juvenile display by a President and Vice President I have ever seen. Other presidents treated their enemies with more respect. This is a low point and a dark day for the US.

not a fan of the 20 policy but this man makes a great point!
If only people were so vocal against the appalling level of child poverty, the state of the NHS, the housing crisis, the fact we are being denied vital HS2 funding & that we don’t have control over our own natural resources. Cymru would be a better place! Seriously, get a grip!

Whether you’re pro or against the 20mph change it can’t be ignored that this is a pretty big petition in the context of Welsh politics - for context 440,000 voted Labour at the last Senedd election. Whether it’s still an issue at the next election is another matter ofc.

Vale Tim McNamara. Tim sadly passed away just a few in Melbourne. He was surrounded by family and friends and the end was peaceful, after much suffering. Tim was an amazing scholar, who contributed a great deal to language testing and much beyond.
