"Nothing unclean can enter into heaven" (Rev. 21:27) It would stand to reason then that heaven (God) would not enter into anything unclean. And not simply recently made clean, but perfectly clean from the time she was conceived. Mary Full of Grace.

Totally unbiblical. Wishful thinking. Evangelicals say there are “no more priests” because they don’t WANT there to be any. The Bible says the opposite.

So lame. The Catholic priesthood is ALL OVER Scripture: • Yes, Christ is our high priest • Yes, Christians have a share in Christ’s priesthood (“priesthood of all the faithful”) • But those ordained through Holy Orders have a greater participation in Christ’s priesthood. 🧵

Catholic: provides over a dozen Scripture verses proving there were priests in the New Testament Church. Evangelical: provides ZERO Scripture verses—just a complaint, a lame oversimplification, and snarky condescension. No Catholic should take these Evangelicals seriously.

Most people have no idea about the real history of Al-Aqsa Mosque, because they’ve only been fed the Islamic Palestinian propaganda version of events. They believe that Al-Aqsa has always been Islam’s third holiest site, that it has belonged to Muslims since the dawn of time,

@ScotIrish12 @MrCasey62 Because we focus our time and worship on the creator rather than the creation. Catholics worship the creation in place of the creator.

Because that would be UNBIBLICAL. The Angel Gabriel said, “The Lord God shall give unto [Jesus] the THRONE of His father DAVID…” So Jesus is a Davidic King, FOREVER, & Davidic Kings placed their mothers on their own thrones—thus making Mary His Queen Mother. Catholics get that.

Never, ever underestimate the power of the Rosary. Thirty-three years ago I picked up the Rosary pictured below and decided to pray it. I was a Protestant and this was my first time praying the Rosary (I didn't even know the Hail Mary). Three days later I became Catholic!

This is exactly what we see in the New Testament. Paul referred to the ministerial priesthood in Rom 15:16 when he spoke of how he’s a “MINISTER of Christ in the PRIESTLY SERVICE of the gospel of God.” The Greek word Paul uses when he describes himself as “a minister of Christ”,

And the Greek word Paul uses for “priestly service” is *hierourgounta*, which is the VERB form of the Greek *hiereus*. Strong 's defines *hiereus* as “a priest, one who offers sacrifice to a god.” So Paul is literally identifying himself as a New Testament priest.👇

But when the actual Greek NOUN *hiereus* & its derivatives are used (e.g. Mt 21:23, Acts 4:23), it’s referring to the JEWISH chief priests. That’s why it’s NOT used for the Christian priests.👇

This ministerial priesthood is referred to in those passages that speak of ORDAINED Church leaders known as “elders”—who clearly had the function of priests (Acts 14:23; 1 Tim 5:17; Titus 1:5; James 5:14).👇
