Honestly the niqabi might be getting rewards for not showing her beauty and yes the non hijabi would be sinful for showing herself
BUT still you cannot just say that the niqabi has a better connection with Allah than the hijabi
“a hijabi can be xyz while the non hijabi pray 456 times a day”
