I was getting annoyed at people claiming It's a Wonderful Life isn't a Christmas movie because only a bit of it takes place at Christmas. It's literally a retelling of A Christmas Carol, y'all, except that the Scrooge character is played by *Jesus* I made slides 1/2

Not every UX project is the same. How do you know what processes and artifacts to include in your UX strategy? I start by asking myself: "What will happen if I don't do anything?" This may be a negative way to look at it, but it gets me into a problem-solving mindset. 🧵1/7

I only have one tip for young UX designers. Learn to write well. Most problems aren’t solved by pixels but by well written arguments and framing in product docs, chat and sometimes even inside figma comments.
