This very well captures why we're excited about this marketplace. We can build apps that viably compete with incumbents over time. If you have tickets to sell list them here. We want to sell your tickets. We are your sales team. Help us show the world the power of these tools!
think we're rapidly approaching the inflection point of if people actually want to use crypto systems The infra + apps are here (@zkTix, @teleportxyz, @blackbird, etc.) that actually make people's lives better and CAN'T be replicated in Web2.

Our fan-to-fan exchange is just the beginning, we are actively looking at ways to add to this experience with a ticket concierge service and scaling up the infra for larger partners. If you're interested in helping or learning more, join our Telegram! https://t.co/ALa4zVzyS2

SPEED Our settlement process takes place within 24 hours. If the tickets have not been xferred in that time, the buyer can initiate a refund. No more waiting until the days before an event to receive your tickets.

Using this Friday’s Taylor Swift show in Miami as an example: Seller lists tickets for $1224 Typical seller fees are 8-10%. We'll be nice and use 8%. So seller gets: ~$1,126 But the buyer pays ~$1682. That's a >37% mark up. So @seatgeek ends up making ~33% of the sale price.

ZKP2P requires sellers to prove ownership of tickets before listing. In order to receive payment, sellers must also generate proofs of transfer. This ensures buyers receive their tickets before payment is finalized, and allows us to pay out sellers immediately.

The buyer can be left without tickets leading up to the event, leading to hours with customer service (just look at @SeatGeekHelp replies). Or even worse the buyer can show up to the event only to find they have fake or already used tickets.

TRUST The backbone of any ticket market is trust. Current marketplaces require sellers to put down their credit card as collateral. If the seller doesn't deliver tickets they are charged the sale price + fee. But this is a terrible experience for buyers.

We believe that our market improves on current markets which have become undifferentiated, rent-seeking companies charging high fees for a mid product in order to outcompete each other on marketing spend. All at the expense of fans. Here's how we're better
