For this (Spanish) Father's Day I've re-created a couple of photos that my dad had taken on his trip to Amsterdam 🙂. The first one is in Prinsengracht, in front of Anne Frank Huis - and the second one in Kloveniersburgwal - with the Aliminiumbrug in the back.

More and more the only things I see in Twitter are obnoxious ads, spammy accounts that refry content and accounts spreading misinformation. I'm finding threads more engaging and wholesome (and way easier to use than mastodon). I expect to continue to be quite silent around here.

I was today's years old when i realized that "dandelion" 🌼 is just a direct way to write "dent de lion" 🇫🇷 (lion's tooth). Not even tried to translate it 🤷‍♂️

There are some things that you get used to so quick and forget to be grateful for. Like stable supplies (water, power, heat. ) or good internet connection available. Travelling helps me appreciate these things :-).

Also, a shitty keyboard doesn't help.

I just realized that my plane with @SAS has triscaidekaphobia. The rows go ad 12-14-15. I overheard the conversation in front of me saying that she was in row 12 - and i was like "damn then I'm one too forward as I'm 14". And now you know the word for "fear of number 13" 🥸

I'm particularly happy with not getting cold during the ride. Layers of Merino (for socks, thermal base layer and neck warmer), winter cycling shoes, insulated water bottle, and some hand warmers (two in gloves and one in back pocket) made the trick 🔥

Today's weather in Copenhagen has been around 0°C, with some hail in the morning. But I'm so happy that i layered myself up and went out for a bike ride! 🤩

Technically reptiles don't hibernate, they "brumate" - but you get the gist 😴.

One dinner and my mind has been blown three times 🤯. 1. They have a pizza sandwich concept in Copenhagen- sandwiches made with pizza dough 🍕🥪. 2. Avocados are not vegan - pollinators are used to breed them🥑. 3. Turtles hibernate and you can dig them during the winter 🐢.

Didn't the buyer of this site promise that would end with spam?

@VanMoof It will suck to lose the chance to repair my bike if the company collapses - and you can't really find a nicer looking ebike around. The moofs would be missed!.

And also one hug for all the staff at @VanMoof; i keep on happily riding my S3 around Copenhagen and hope that the situation with the company financials takes a better turn soon 🤞.
