Over the next few weeks, we're providing support for those who are bereaved or pregnant after loss :.Woodwork for bereaved dads, Clay & Connection for bereaved parents, Walk for grieving parents & grandparents, HOPE for anyone pregnant or ttc after loss.

Join us at our Zephyr's Summer Fair, Sat 7th June 11-3pm. Tombola, Tea & Cake, games & floral crafts, Rainbow Stripes, music & good times at #SneintonMarket. All money raised will help Zephyr’s to continue to grow in our support of bereaved parents & families. Everyone welcome.x

All support for Zephyr's is gratefully received. Our counselling service is so busy right now that we've had to put a temporary pause on accepting referrals. your help and support will mean we can keep supporting people through our specialist 1-2-1 support. Thank you x.

Mother's Day can be a time of mixed emotions for anyone who is grieving. Bereaved mothers may not feel seen or recognised. We encourage you to honour your emotions. You are a mother, you are seen, and Zephyr's is here to help you find your way through.

It's Mother's Day on Sunday; we recognise this can feel an emotional day for those who are grieving. Please book to join us; Into the Woods for all ages or Zephyr's Yoga Circle for bereaved mums. Details of support we run over Mother's Day & all year round

Zephyr's HOPE meet up, for those who are pregnant or ttc after loss is on, on Monday 24th March. Taking place 7-9pm, at our space in Sneinton Market, this month's session will have a book-binding focus. With hot drinks, warmth & supportive company, these evenings run every month
