One of my biggest motivators for growing the auditing group in SolidityATL with @wzrdk3lly and @zcodesolutions. Hope to help onboard at least 10 new auditors next year (4 so far this year) and help 5 auditors up skill from junior to intermediate/senior.
In the bull market we will see a lot more auditors teaming up. As contest pots increase and maybe audit scopes and complexity as well, teams will be the more efficient way to earn money from audit contests.
