初步瞄了眼，大致内容重点部分和吴恩达的《Building Systems with the ChatGPT API》的类似，但似乎更方便的在 Playground 中演示（直接内置案例）。值得明天再仔细过一遍。

Azure 的 OpenAI 接口调试了好了，调用速度从原先 OpenAI 的 20s => 8~12s。看了下 Limit 相关的文档，TPM 90k VS. 120k（Azure），RTM 3500 VS 300 （Azure），调用次数不是瓶颈。转到生产环境上试试。
