Yesterday was for you Dad, didn't think I'd make the start line of Snowdon since he passed away 2 weeks ago. Ran a good race, wore the Irish vest and ran for him. Miss you ♥️

Received my fair share of abuse & threats for representing Ireland and carrying the tricolour as I come from an Orange background; as much as I love Northern Ireland the hatred people have for each other because of their religion is just embarrassing 🤦...
Delighted to be representing Ireland on the biggest stage at the World Trail & Mountain Running Championships in June!
Austria let's be having ya 🙌🇮🇪🇦🇹

Far from my best performance at the Worlds but plenty to learn from going forward. Couldn't ask for a better team to share the journey with, makes you proud to be Irish when you can call these legends teammates 🇮🇪
Time for the big one, ready to pull on the green of Ireland tomorrow for the 2019 World Mountain Running Championships and no better place to do it than in the beautiful Patagonia. Here we go ⚒ 🇮🇪
After the disappointment of missing the Inter Counties XC due to being snowed in it was great to get the hands in the air at Jimmy's 10km in Downpatrick this morning-6 years exactly after I my first ever race here in 2016!

Delighted to win the Slieve Donard race yesterday after flying in from camp on Thursday night. Poor line and a fall on the descent didn't help but held on for my 4th win in this historic race up & down the highest mountain in NI & Ulster 🙌
