Not selling anything, just wish someone showed me real examples instead of making me figure it out the expensive way.😇

What actually helped: real examples.🏆 Seeing "this 40k sub newsletter uses X because of this feature" or "switched from Y to Z and saved $200/month" Real decisions from real people. Not theoretical comparisons.

Here's what nobody mentions: The best platform at 0 subscribers is completely different from the best at 10k. Substack is great when starting (free, simple). But costs can explode later. Meanwhile other platforms stay flat or get cheaper at scale.

The problem: everyone tells you features, not real context. "Beehiiv has referral programs!" Cool, but does it work for newsletters like mine? I just wanted to see what actual successful newsletters were using. Not guesses.🤷‍♂️
