Great day for a cycle in the Wicklow mountains in aid of st James hospital.

Went to @KildareVillage this morning to do some quiet Xmas shopping. Car park full and big Q forming. Most car reg from outside Kildare. (all parts of the country) Jammed full of people so gave it a miss. Worrying in these times.

Last week Ireland adopted tough additional measures designed to limit the spread of #COVID19. It has been a truly nationwide effort to stop the spread of this virus & to protect the vulnerable. We need to keep it going. We need to #FlattenTheCurve even more than we have.
