Fantastic cases yesterday from @yusukemiya73 on how #IUS identified the need for dilation in a patient with obstruction and @drhughiefraser who showed that IUS predicts risk of flare despite improved symptoms (and can be helpful in non-compliant patients!)

Our new setup for transperineal ultrasound (TPUS) @UChicagoIBD where patients can see and learn as we perform the exam. This exam is of a patient with a J-pouch in whom we evaluated the distal pouch with TPUS and proximal pouch & pre pouch ileum with TAUS @yusukemiya73
