this may prove me to be extremely naive and insensitive but having an ED makes me happy in life. I’m depressed when I overeat/eat bullshit, but when I have control over what I eat and how much, I feel so much lighter and healthier. My skin is clearer. I hope it stays like this.

me af 😭 i’m also 5’11, a powerbuilder, and get around 10k steps a day so 1500 calories is still a 1.5k deficit for me 😭 any intake under 1k cals i feel miserable

idk i just feel like when you really study nutrition and exercise , there’s literally a healthy way to get skinny. i 🫶🏿 high res. I can crush it in the gym. I don’t feel miserable and still eat the things that I love… in moderation. Life is so good and i’m getting soooo skinny
