the ending is kinda bittersweet (and hopeful, in a way) actually but it’s just too sad with the erasing-memories part. especially when they showed the montage of their memories and the score playing did not help at all 😭.

i feel like it has to do with the fact that stage acting is so loud, expressive and physical that when stage actors get into screen acting, the minimal, nuanced acting just flows & seems so natural coz they know EXACTLY how to act it out, just toned down from what they usually do.

it’s amazing to watch coz like yknow obviously, there are some good actors out there with no background whatsoever with theater or stage acting in general, and even found the passion for it AS they were going along but stage actors are just built different.

theater kids and musical actors really ACTTTTT like almost all the ppl ive stanned has either tried theater, grew up in theater, acts in musicals/plays or has a degree in the same field.

but idk maybe im just stage mido deprived LMAO HSJAHSJAHSHSG.

like there’s a guy and girl version of it, with some major differences. i wanna watch both and compare the differences, i think it’d be a good material to analyze.

some girl(s) is so interesting bcs wdym this play is about an actress (?), played by jeon mido of course whose character is also named mido, who’s about to get married but invites all her exes to a hotel room???. there’s more info about it when u search it but it’s so INTRIGUING.
